You will be sharing flat with live in landlord and my 69 year old elderly mother who tends to use the open plan living room a lot and sleeps on the couch.

You will be sharing with a MUSLIM FAMILY. There is also a cat in the property.

The Room available is the Ensuite double bedroom with its own shower and wc. You will have access to the shared kitchen.

You Must be fully vaccinated. Cat in property.

No profile. No response.

**If you have any bulk furnitures ie desk, chest of drawers to bring; there is no space in the room for these. This room is not suitable for you. Only someone with minimal clothes need respond. There is no space for a desk.

Max 3 people in entire flat. 2 bathrooms. This is a 2 bed property with 2 bathrooms.

Must be pet friendly - cat in the property. I Require a lodger who can assist in looking after the cat with feeds and litter clean, hence offering a very reduced rate of £750 for a room for the assistance. The same ensuite room is now over £1200 on the current market elsewhere.. The following conditions apply and are non negotiable. Do not waste time negotiating as these conditions are fixed:

CONDITIONS:
1. No alchohol permitted
2. Sharing flat with covid vulnerable people therefore no guest permitted
3. Must maintain Covid safety rules / compliance at all times to keep everyone safe. This includes sanitisation of surfaces.
4. MUST be able to help in looking after cat with feeds and litter clean.

All bills included. WiFi.
-Suit quiet professional looking for a peaceful place to unwind and rest as it is not a party home.

The property has a strict non smoking policy - unsuitable for smokers or vapers.

Avaiability - min 6 to 9 months max. Maybe longer depending on owners circumstances.
