*It is located in a quiet residential area right in between Leyton Midland Road overground station and Leytonstone underground tube station (7-8 min. walk) opposite a small off-license shop.

There are two bedrooms in the flat, I have occupied one of them myself and other room is available for rent. It's a safe area to live.
I have attached the videos and pics of room and flat. I'm single father of a 7 years old lovely girl, decent professional, non smoker and non drinker person. My lovely daughter visits me 3 times a week in evenings after school. So it's a well balanced flat with family environment and a private quiet living style feeling at the same time. I work 6 days a week from 8am -6pm. I work professionally in Stratford. Travelling, Swimming, Fashion, Cooking, Photography and nature are my interests. Its a very nice family environment (when my daughter visits me) place and an independent living style at the same time. Alcohol/pork or ham is not allowed in flat because of a young Muslim child in flat.
