Hey, we have a small single room going in our house. In East London, we live about 15 mins walk away from both Leytonstone and Walthamstow tube lines.

Ideally looking for somebody long-term, rent is £375 per month, rent is due on the 1st of each month, and no deposit is needed.

Ready to move in from the 1st Nov.

The house is a 15-minute walk to both Leytonstone (Central Line) and Walthamstow Central (24hr Victoria Line / Overground) stations. It's near to loads of chain stores and lovely independent shops, as well as Walthamstow Village being a 10-minute walk away, and great links to multiple night buses.

The room will come with some furniture

Single bed, wardrobe.

It's a large Victorian House and you'd be living with 5 others, - all gay males with a shared kitchen, living room, backroom, a garden, and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor, the second on the first floor) plus a basement should you need to store anything!

Rent includes all bills, apart from the water bill which comes once every 6 months and is roughly £80 per person. So the rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi, shared Netflix and NOW TV, Disney +, and prime in the living room.

We are looking for somebody who is clean and will be respectful of the communal living and kitchen spaces by tidying up after themselves!

Please note this room is more of a starter room while you look for something else or want to save money. Saying that the current housemates two of them lived in that room before taking one of the double rooms once it became free.
