About Lea Bridge: It seems most people haven't heard of Lea Bridge before, but it's an up-and-coming area of London sandwiched in-between Stratford, Clapton, Hackney, Tottenham Hale and Walthamstow. It's literally one of the greenest areas of London with nature reserves, marshes and very walkable. You are 5 minutes away from Westfield Stratford as Lea Bridge Station is right next to the building.

About me: I am an American professional working in the entertainment/tech/music events space. I own the flat and moved in myself in January 2021. I enjoy films, concerts, music, pop culture, walking and hanging out with friends. I do travel often for work and pleasure so you'd definitely have the flat to yourself sometimes.

Preferred Flatmate: Someone tidy, respectful, easygoing, LGBTQ+ friendly and respects each other's privacy. No pets, although a pet-friendly flatmate preferred as I do occasionally dog sit. No parties, but no problem to have a few friends over occasionally.
