It is the perfect relax place just one stop away from University of East London and Stratford
International, within walking distance to Leyton tube station and Lea Bridge rd Station. Easily connected to central London via Buses 55, 56 getting to Barbican or Tottenham Court road for a night out.
The flat is very quiet at night and offer private parking upon request. There is an Aldi supermarket close by and several well stocked corner shops, with few restaurants and a gorgeous local pub just around the corner
The area is up and coming, and the house is near lots of green spaces for long walks and picnics as well as Hackney Marshes.

I am looking for a laid back housemate, who is tidy and respectful of the common areas. I am not currentlv use a cleaner but are open to
hiring one to share between the two of us. I am a professionals pianist and teacher who get on really well with everyone and likes hang out sometimes but I also have an independent life and respect others people personal space.
This is a private Landlord so no agency fee's, just an interview, the deposit will be placed in The Deposit Protection service.
I am open to tailored contract durations ranging from 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause. or shorter (to be defined)
