I’m looking for a friendly professional to join my lovely home. The room is bright, modern, and fully furnished with a comfy double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a brand-new wardrobe.

- Leyton (Central Line)
- St James Street (Overground)
- Blackhorse Road (Victoria Line)
- Stratford (all major connections)

Bus stops are just a minute’s walk away, Lea Bridge Rail Station is a 10-minute walk, and there are great cycle routes nearby too.

A bit about me:
I’m Claire… I work 9-5 as a digital product designer. I mostly work from home, so I’m ideally looking for someone who works mainly from the office during the week (just helps keep things nice and quiet while I’m working).

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful, and I like to live with someone similar. Outside of work, I enjoy a mix of downtime at home, cooking or watching a good series and catching up with friends, visiting markets, or going to the odd gig or gallery when I’m in the mood.
