Lovely, decent sized double room in a bright new build.
The room is fully furnished and has a big floor to ceiling window with views of the city. Next door, there is a family bathroom which you would have primary use of (it will be used as the main bathroom when we have guests and it's the only bathroom with a bath, so I use it on occasion but not often!).
The kitchen and living area is light and open plan, with a large sofa, extending dining table and balcony running the length of the room.
The balcony has fantastic views of the city, Canary Wharf and marshes. It has a sofa and table that sits four. The perfect place for a weekend brunch and sunset drink!
The flat has great transport links, being 1 minute walk from Lea Bridge Road station, which connects to Stratford (one stop) and Tottenham Hale (victoria line - one stop). Walthamstow, Hackney, Dalston and Stratford are all within a 15 minute cycle or a short bus ride.
The flats have plenty of bike parking and there is a cycle route into the city from directly outside the front door!
There is easy access to the greenery of the Hackney marshes and East London canal routes, which are also visible from the balcony and the bedroom window!
There is an excellent local grocery store 1 minute walk away.
You'll be living with me, a 33 year old teacher. Pretty chilled, up for socialising but respectful of your own space.
