Large, bright double room available

We're looking for a lodger to join us in our lovely, spacious home.

Location📍:
It's based in Leyton (E10) but it's also a 15min walk to Walthamstow Central and several overground links which is super handy.

The house 🏠:
The room is a large double with two big windows and comes fully furnished. It's also situated next to a spare room so has lots of privacy. The house has a living room, a huge kitchen diner, a big garden, two bathrooms and an understairs loo so loads of space for the three of us!

Day to day 🗓️:
We like to keep the house nice and tidy but understand that we all have busy lives. We also respect everyone deserves calm, space and privacy in their home but do enjoy getting to know our housemate and doing house dinners or lounging in front of the telly when we're all around.

Pricing 💰:
The room is £800 + bills which comes to about £140 a month plus water which is billed biannually and is usually £65 each, 2x a year.

A bit about us 👧:
We're Holly and Callum, both London born and bred - I'm a 31 year old local primary school art teacher. Callum is a 33 year old History teacher who's just about to start working for a school recruitment agency. We're a sociable pair (when we're not yawning from work 👵) so enjoy friends and family popping round from time to time but equally enjoy chilling in, cooking a feast, watching TV or hanging about doing our own hobbies. We also love enjoying all London has to offer and can recommend great spots for food, pints, stand-up and improv.
