Perfect place in-between while looking for longer term accommodation or if you only need a short stay. Lots of green spaces and park in walking distance, including the Hackney Marshes and canal that take you to Hackney Wick. We're very well connected. 5 min bus ride / 15 min walk to trendy Walthamstow village and awesome restaurants in Leyton. 10 min walk to Lea Bridge station. 30 minutes to Central London or 55/56 bus at the end of the rd (4 min walk) takes you all over - Hackney, Angel, Shoreditch, St Paul's etc.

We're looking to cover mortgage (£1800) and bills (£400) per month while we away. Ideally looking for someone to take the whole flat, either couple or two friends sharing..
