Large ensuite room in a house with a lovely garden

Hi, we have a spare room in our lovely house in Leyton just off Lea Bridge road. The room is a big, bright and airy double with an ensuite at the top of the house, with views of the garden. The room comes unfurnished.

The house itself has 3 bedrooms, a decent living room/dining room and a very well equipped kitchen (we love to cook). It has an extra room which is used as an office/spare room that you and visiting friends are free to use too. We have a massive back garden with a huge table, BBQ, pizza oven, loads of plants and wood fired sauna (I went to Finland, and Sara is Swedish, so we're all about the sauna). We also grow some herbs and vegetables too. Theres also a cleaner that comes every other week which is included too.

Myself and Sara have lived together for a couple of years but were mates before moving in together. Sara works producing music podcasts and likes music, DJing and Gong baths. I do some sort of tech contracting and am into cooking, cycling, music, swimming in the ponds and a bit of DIY.

We hang out together at home quite a bit, watch films, cook and entertain friends, so we want someone with a similar relaxed mentality – who is sociable, respectful and keen to get involved in house dinners, pizza making, BBQ’s and pub trips.

The house is in between Leyton and Walthamstow, with the number 55 bus just around the corner. The nearest tube is Walthamstow central, or Leyton which are a ten minute bus ride away. Walthamstow Village is close by, and as is Francis Road for nice shops, bars, pubs and resturants.
