‘Studio’ En-suite spacious double bedroom

Hey I’m renting my spacious en-suite double bedroom- short term.

My apartment is quite larger than your typical 2 bed london apartment, with a great size bedroom. with a good size ensuite, seating area and mini fridge with coffee station, and a great double bed with a good quality mattress. You will have your own private space, there are studio flats much smaller than my room in London- hence the ‘studio’ bedroom in the title. That said, you’ll have access to the kitchen for cooker, microwave, etc. There’s a good size balcony and a communal garden in the development. There’s also a secure bike park area in the garden.

I’m a professional working in a fast pace field- work from home at times too. I do travel a bit as well. I’m a chilled person, and enjoy quiet evenings during the week to recharge. I will be respecting my flatmate and expect the same in co-habiting.

There’s all essentials in the apartment, washing machines, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots pans, iron/board.
For 1-2 months short term letting I can provide duvet, pillows and bedding.

I am aware everyone has different cleaning standards and ways, I would like to maintain my place clean standards. Hence there will be additional cleaning fee for the cleaner and cleaning products.
