House: This GF flat is a recently renovated 2bdrm home with front patio and rear courtyard garden/BBQ area. It gets loads of sunshine in summer and has amazing heating in winter. Other amenities include: shower & bath, butlers kitchen, secure bike & on-street parking.

The neighbourhood is mostly young professionals or families who like that were right on Hackneys doorstep (10m cycle) with all the great coffee, food etc but also the huge wetlands nature reserve is next door, so you still get a sense of peace. Walking along the canals with all the house boats is amazing. Lea Bridge station is 5min walk away and Stratford St/Westfield is the next stop, so you can jump on any of the major lines and be in the CBD in 30mins.

Me: I’m an Aussie guy who relocated with my company, I work for a sustainable tech company in the quick commerce space (think Ocado, Uber, Laundry heap). I can work anywhere, so I tend to spend a few days at our HQ vs WHF twice a week. I also travel for work a bit.

I’m just your typical gay guy, who’s a little alternative (hipster) likes indie music (vinyls) and film, art, good coffee and a beer after work on a Friday. I’m confident and friendly but also can be introverted. I love interior design, so I like my home to be clean, minimal and vibey.
