Lovely room with a small double in Leyton

This is a nice bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat in a recently built apartment complex (built in 2018). The flat is located on the first floor.

The flat comes furnished and equipped with oven, dishwasher, kettle, and other kitchen utensils, dishwasher/dryer. I am renting the room with yellow walls (see pictures), which has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. There is also direct access to a balcony overlooking a communal garden with a bike shed.

I am looking for someone that can look after the flat (as I do myself) because I travel a lot for work and there are periods of time when I am not there. The building has a total of 6 flats, with lovely neighbours that know and get along with each other.

The flat is a 5-min walk to Francis Road and around a 10-minute walk from to Leyton Midlands overground station and/or Leyton tube station.

My current lodger is moving out the week of September 9th. I will be around toward the end of September 9th for viewings. Bills excluded (Internet, gas/electricity, water).
