Lovely Furnished Room in Waltham Forest bills incl

I am advertising a lovely small room in a 2-bed flat where I also live. The room is furnished with a double bed and a bureau for storing clothes, which can also be used as a desk if needed (see images). The other shared spaces include a kitchen with a dining table and sofa, as well as a bathroom with a bath, and a separate shower room.

The flat is in a Victorian terraced house, and has beautiful large windows, teak floors and other period features.

I am looking to rent to the room out to someone friendly and considerate - student or professional welcome. I like the main spaces to be kept clean and tidy, so looking for someone neat. I'm sociable, and occasionally have friends round, but also enjoy my own space.

Great if you also have some common interests! I am currently a postgraduate student studying the History of Design. I previously worked managing research and events about architecture.

Transport:

Walthamstow Central Station (Victoria Line) is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus away

Leyton Station (Central Line) is a 30-minute walk or 20 minute bus away

Bus stop conveniently located outside the house for numbers 55 and 56 buses which take you to Clerkenwell, Oxford Circus and the Barbican one way, and towards Walthamstow Central or Whipps Cross University Hospital the other (so could be ideal for a student on placement there)

Tesco Superstore (6 min walk)
Aldi (6 min bus, 15 min walk)
Plus lots of smaller supermarkets very nearby.
