Beautiful Cozy Double Room

Quirky, beautiful furnished double room for rent from now till ~ April next year.

Hi, we are an all-female, quirky, beautiful household in North Leyton, a 15 min walk from Walthamstow Center tube station. It's a 5 bedroom house and there are 4 of us (including you)

Our main criteria is that you are kind and help keep the feeling of a safe and comfortable environment in the house. We are quite a chill household, but we value cleanliness in the common areas. I own the house, but it's important to me that you all feel very at home here and are welcome to have friends over etc.. We don't have parties - we're more like a dinner-party vibe. There is a small spare room for a guest.

Bills are roughly £100 a month, depending on how cold it is.

p. s - my friend is moving out because she bought a house - the artwork will be gone and a few of the furniture pieces. Happy to make sure you have what you need.
