Free double room near Leyton Middland Road station in a shared house. The house consists of spacious living room, toilet and kitchen (2 fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.) on the first floor and 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on the second floor. There is a big garden with sitting area as well.
Me and my boyfriend live in one of the bedrooms, and the other one is available for a single person or a couple. The rent is 160 per week for 1 person or 190 per week for a couple - all bills are included (gas, electricity, water and internet), we require 2 weeks deposit.

We are both proffesionals, working in the IT industry. I am working fully remote, my boyfriend is working 2 days from his office and 3 days from home. We smoke, but only outside in the garden. We like to travel, go to the gym or watch netflix during our free time.
