Large double room with semi-exclusive bathroom

Hi! I have a large double room available in my two bedroom apartment. Next to the room is a semi-exclusive bathroom that will only be used by me when I occasionally fancy a bath (as I don’t have one in my en-suite) and occasionally for guests. Happy for the living area to be shared occasionally or when you’d like to have guests over.

Room is carpeted and furnished with a double bed, with Simba mattress, and a large double oak wardrobe.

Great transportation links right opposite where you’ll find Lea Bridge station. 5 mins in one direction to Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line and Stanstead Express) and 5 mins in the opposite direction to Stratford (numerous underground and overground lines). Also a bus and night bus right outside that go to central London.

LGBT+ friendly is absolutely essential. If you are a smoker then there is a large balcony in the living area where you can smoke.

I’m a pretty laid back guy who mainly plays computer games and loves to cook. Work from home 3 days a week and head to the office for the remainder. Open to discussion if you need to know anything more, so feel free to contact me.
