Share a house w/ 1 other person, inc bills

Mid-April move in, bills and monthly cleaner included.

TLDR: I’m looking for a lodger for a move in from mid-April. The rent includes all bills, a monthly cleaner, and shared use of a cosy home. There's a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, garden and on weekends you can use the home office. Also the occasional cat guest. :)

Location: 10/15 mins by bus to either Leyton (Central Line) or Walthamstow Central (Victoria) or Blackhorse Road (also Victoria). Also nearby is Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic park. Lee Valley is nearby with lots of lovely underrated natural spots. Lots of great cycle routes in this area too. If you cycle, you can get to any of the stations within 10 mins.

Other facilities: There is a bike shed, garden with BBQ, and driveway space for one car (if needed)

About the room: Best suited as a single to small double—but full disclosure, I got a bit overexcited by a sale and bought a bigger bed than planned! If you love a spacious bed, great! But if you’d prefer more floor space, I’m open to swapping it for a smaller one for the right housemate. I would also be open to anyone who wanted to paint the room or do it up a little more to make it cosier (just consult me first for anything permanent please!). The room comes fully furnished, and I can provide bedding if needed.

Other things to note:
+ I cat-sit semi-regularly, so a furry guest will be around from time to time—this would be ideal for someone who likes cats!

+ I work from home most of the week (but try to mix it up when I can) and value a home that’s calm, considerate, and welcoming.

+ I believe in fairness, inclusivity, justice and community. I’m generous and flexible and a pretty warm person I think! I am looking for a lodger who is respectful of these values, doesn't take advantage of generosity and is considerate of this shared space.

+ I enjoy doing my own thing but also appreciate the occasional shared meal, TV show, or board game night. If you’re independent but friendly, this could be a great fit.
