Master bedroom in E10

I’m subletting a double room for four months, available from the beginning of June until the end of September (dates can be flexible).

The room is in a recently renovated four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, just a 5-minute walk from Leyton Midland Road station, and around 10 minutes from both Leyton and Walthamstow Central stations. All rooms have new carpets as of last year.

You’ll be sharing with three professionals in our mid-30s. None of us work from home, and we take pride in keeping the house clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone who shares the same approach to living.

£950/month with all bills included.
