Sublet Huge room with balcony in Walthamstow

Hi lovely people!

I sublet my huge room with balcony in trendy Walthamstow for the wintertime.
You have nice heating and in the sunny days you will have plenty of light .
Close you have Lidl, Sainsbury's , Tesco, Walthamstow station and Leyton a walking distance, nice cafes, pubs, gym, yoga, swimming pool, live music and a nice safe atmosphere in the village!

You will have WIFI , a nice TV with Neftlix, Amazon, a brilliant sunny balcony to get your tan, 2 wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, 1 table , 3 chairs and 1 guitar you can borrow if you fancy playing! You are welcome to bring a friend or a gf/bf from time to time.

I will put my clothes in my studio patio so you will have all the space in the wardrobes, there are three chest of drawers and a bit of space in the patio for storage if you have plenty of things etc.

There are two bathrooms and really nice, quiet and busy flatmates. You won't notice they are around.

I will be in Spain. So dates are flexible from the 19 of December . You can rent a couple of weeks or the whole month, even more if I decide to teach abroad finally but you will deal with the landlord later on.

I have a bike and a tennis racket if you want to use it!

It is ideal if you decide to spend Christmas in London , you are new to the city or just changing accommodation meanwhile you find something long term.
I know how difficult and long it is to find the best flatmates and be in a nice place like mine!
The girls are lovely and clean, they usually go to the gym or walks , they work the most of the day; the guys are friendly.
I will do video calls or viewings in the next days .
