New roommate wanted

Hi,

There are 2 rooms available in the house. £750 a month. And another for £780

About the house:

The house has 85 feet long, private and sunny garden. Has sun most part of day. Best for your health and well being

A reasonably large house with lots of space. There is a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. The rooms available to rent is large, with a wardrobe, it's a double bed and bedside draw. 

There is also a private garden. Its large and has a shed at the bottom for storage. We keep the house tidy and looking for a house mate that would do the same. The location of the house is very good. We are 10 minutes to Walthamstow station on the bus, or a 20 minute walk. The Victoria line is favourable because it's a quick line and with us being at the end, you can always get a comfortable seat in the morning. There's also walking distance stations like Leytonstone which is the central line and Leyton Milend station (overground).
There's a gym (and leisure centre) and Tesco just down the road, with lots of pubs in the area. There's also great links to Stratford, with only a short bus journey away. 

Bills are included in the rent, which includes broadband, electric, gas. 

About the housemates:

We are professionals we are quiet and we do tend to keep to ourselves. We do socialize on rare occasion but with all off us working it gets hard to sometimes. We welcome any one who is willing to have a laugh and have a good time.
