I am moving out of the flat as I moving out of London and looking for a professional to take over my lease! Current lease runs out in 8 July 2026 but there is an option to stay on after/ sign a new lease with the landlord (who is very helpful).

The bedroom is a loft conversion on its own level! It has 2 large loft style windows that let in a ton on natural light.

You will be sharing the communal areas with Patrick 27 who is a F1 Doctor he is keen to get on with whoever moves in. I will connect you with him if you apply so you both can chat.

The flat is in a lovely tree-lined residential area with Francis road a mini car free high street around the corner!

Most of the furniture you see in the pictures will be coming with me including the bedroom/ lounge furniture. (I could leave behind a bed frame and or a mattress) If you move in you and Patrick can chat about the furniture, so if you have some furniture of your own that would be a plus but if not no worries!
