Hi! We have 1 spacious beautiful fully furnished double bedroom available immediately! Although the house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it'll just be 3 of us total so we all still have plenty of space :) There's a garden, dining area, living room, kitchen, and is located of a quiet residential road just off the main road. We're about a 15 min bus from Stratford station, Leyton station and Blackhorse station with a bus stops going both directions 2 mins from the house - so it's very well connected for transport!

The room itself is really spacious, super clean and recently decorated and painted, has a TV with all the apps, lots of natural light, has a chest of drawers, under bed storage and plentyyyy of storage space throughout the house.

We are looking for someone similar to us, kind and friendly, someone who will look after the home too, professional although students within this age range are welcome.
