Hi! Myself (Rhoya, 30, full time working in Events) and my partner Anton (39, full time working as a CEO and Co-Founder of a Tech company) own our beautiful spacious 5 bedroom house and are looking to rent out 1 of the bedrooms to another professional. Although we have 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we are looking to only rent out 1 room to 1 person so we all still have plenty of space :)

The room itself is really spacious, super clean and recently decorated and painted, has a TV with all the apps, lots of natural light and our home is on a quiet and peaceful residential street off the main road.

We are within 15 mins on bus to Leyton and Blackhore road station, which have the central and victoria line. We are also within really close reach of Stratford station which has almost every line available! So transport is super easy from our home.

We have a garden, living room, kitchen, dining space, 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage all through out which you are welcome to use.

We are looking for someone similar to us, kind and friendly, someone who will look after the home too, professional although students within this age range are welcome (30 - 45). We're both super chilled, welcoming and love a netflix binge :)

The room is available now until the end of Nov though there's a possibility of extensions.
