Hello everyone,
A room is available for rent in Leyton, E10, in a convenient location close to public transport.
It’s about a 20-minute walk to both Walthamstow and Leyton Underground stations, or 5–10 minutes by bus.

The room is on the first floor of a cozy flat with friendly and respectful housemates.
On the same floor, there is a bathroom and toilet, shared by only two people.
The house is very clean, and we are looking for someone tidy and responsible as well.

We live on the ground floor with a child.
