Description
Urgent!!!
I’m having to move out of my lovely room and need someone to fill it ASAP
Looking for someone respectful, tidy, chilled out and also you must like dogs (you will be living with a very sweet chihuahua).
The room is a gorgeous double that gets all the light in the morning. It is fully furnished with lots of wardrobe space, a double bed and chest of drawers.
The flat is an upstairs flat to an Edwardian house, so you don’t have to deal with noisy upstairs neighbours. There is a shared garden which is accessed at the back staircase, shared with downstairs neighbours who tend to keep to themselves, rarely see them really. This would be perfect for any keen gardeners.
There is one bathroom, completely tiled, easy to clean and it’s a bath/shower situation.
Shared open kitchen/living room space fully furnished.
You will be living with Hayley, 33, who is a fashion designer and university lecturer. She is incredibly easy going and the perfect housemate. Clean, tidy and respectful. Hayley also has a gorgeous little dog, a chihuahua named Pixie and she’s an absolute delight to have around (I thought chihuahuas were viscous but pixie is mellow and sweet).
Holly, 33 is a director and a keen film buff, she’s in and out of the house, like a ship passing in the night, so sometimes you’ll see her but mostly she’s off working.
ALDI is opposite the house as is other local amenities. It’s a 5 minutes walk to Lea Bridge Station where a 6 minute train can get you to either stratford or Tottenham Hale, so you’re basically 10 mins from the Elizabeth line, the jubilee line, the Central Line, DLR, Victoria Line ect. The 55/56 bus is also a 30 second walk so it’s well connected.
The flat is in Leyton, but more like on the border with Lower Clapton so you’re so close to Hackney. The Hackney Marshes and the Walthomstow Marshes are a joy to have on your doorstep, they make you feel like you’re not in London with how much greenery is around.
Looking for a long term subletter to move in ASAP, but if you’re thinking you can do a one month of 2 month sublet then just let me know, can be flexible for the right person.
This house is not an afters house! Also LGBTQ+ friendly.
Please get in touch if you’re interested.
