Lovely Double Loft Bedroom

We are a married couple looking for someone to rent our lovely spare room, on it's own floor in the loft of our east London flat.

The room is bright and spacious with loads of storage (although the restricted head-height means it would suit someone who isn't so tall). There is a TV and seating in the room, if you are a private person, and a communal living area with Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime if you are not. There is also a communal kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a washing machine and a small rear garden.

The flat is almost directly between Leyton and Leytonstone, which means you are a 10 minute walk from 2 of everything (tube, supermarkets, bars and restaurants). We are also 20 minutes walk from Stratford, where there is a Westfield, international train links and the Olympic Park. The central line will take you from our front door to the city in 25 minutes. The West End is, maybe, 35 minutes.

There is high-speed internet in the flat as well.

We are both creatives in the film and music industry, but we are easy-going people whose diaries can be inconsistent, but are both naturally hard-working.
