The rooms are suitable for preferably organised independent non smoking female professionals with high standards of general house keeping. Minimum stay is three months.

Good location: 5 minutes walk to Leytonstone High Road overground and buses; 8 - 10 minutes walk to Leytonstone central line underground, 12 - 15 minutes walk to Leyton. 5 minutes walk to shops, library and leisure centre with swimming pool. 10 - 25 minutes walk to parts of Epping forest parks and open green spaces, westfield shopping centre and olympics sports area, restaurants, theatre and cinema.
There are no couples in the house and there is no tv in the room/house.
