Double room in shared house in Leytonstone

We are offering a comfortable double room in our lovely shared house. This room is ideal for social individuals who want easy access to stations and to enjoy hanging out with their housemates.

This double room comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a desk, a chair and a built in wardrobe

The house features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The living room has a large TV and comfortable couch with a record player and great speaker system.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Leytonstone High Road station and a 10 minute walk to Leytonstone station on the central line.

We are two guys and one girl. One of the guys is the live in landlord, with the girl being his partner who is visiting and staying in his room. She will be leaving the country on January 2nd, with the house then becoming a three person. The other guy commutes from Scotland each week, so is only in the house 2-3 nights a week. Meaning it's already somewhat of a three person.

We're all very sociable and enjoy music and trips to the pub. However, we respect privacy and are happy if you would keep to yourself, provided the house is respected.

Parking requires a permit and, whilst we are not pet friendly, this is due to having our own cat called Boycie. She's extremely friendly, so those with allergies should not apply unfortunately haha.
