Stunning double room in E11

Hi there 👋

I am off to some new adventures and subletting my room in this outstanding flat. My friends and I are looking for a short/medium term replacement but also a good match to move in from March 2nd.

Minimum stay is ideally 3 months and we're looking for someone up until toward the end of the year. But all offers deserve to be heard!

The flatmates:
Ambre, 28 from the south of France who works in Fashion and Giulia, 31 from the north of Italy who is a nail artist.
Both are laid back, funny, clean and considerate and looking for the same.
I've lived with Ambre for over 5 years and just a bit more than a year with Giulia.
This house is LGBTQIA+, vegetarian and vegan friendly.

The flat:
The flat is on the second floor of an appartment building with a huge open space kitchen/living area leading to a private roof terrace with a cool view of the city.
You'd be sharing the bathroom with Ambre only as Giulia as an en-suite.
The flat gets plenty of natural light (zero filter or light enhancement in the pictures) an so does your bedroom thanks to the two big windows.

The room:
Big bright double bedroom which I initially intended to be unfurnished but I am now open to leave it furnished. It can be discussed! 🤗

Transports and amenities:
Bus 58 right by the flat to go toward East Ham, less than 10mins to get to Forest station or Wanstead Park overground station

Bus 58 right by the flat towards Walthamstow that takes tou to Leyton Station in 10mins.

Bus 308 less than 3 mins walk from the flat that gets you to Forest Gate and Wanstead Park Station in less than 10 mins or to Stratford/Westfield in 15/20mins

10mins walk to Wanstead flats
20mins walk to Wanstead Park
15 mins walk to Forest Gate and Wanstead Park Station
Plenty of shops in Forest Gate such as Co-op, Iceland, Tesco express, Superdrug or Poundland.
Fairly big shopping centre at Leyton station as well.
