Bathroom (shared with 1 other female) with shower / bath, sink and toilet.
Use of kitchen (with storage), fridge / freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, kettle etc.

The house is a modern and thoughtfully designed three-floor end-of-terrace, situated next door to a lovely park and on a small, quiet and friendly 5yr old development.

We are a happy and easy-going family of three with a teenage daughter (17), and a cat (Midnight).
We're a mixed English & Italian family.
We both work from home most days, so the room would ideally suit a professional female who works elsewhere during the day.
