Bathroom (shared with 1 other) with shower and bath. Use of kitchen.

The house is a modern, three floor end-of-terrace, right next door to a lovely park and on a small, quiet and friendly 4yr old estate.

We are a happy and easy-going family of three with a teenage daughter, and a cat. We both work from home most days, so would ideally suit someone who works / studies out during the day.
