I have a large double bedroom available in a nice 6 bedroom house in Leytonstone E11 area (Zone 3). The room comes furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer , desk) or unfurnished, as desired.
You will share one downstairs bathroom (shower and toilet), upstairs bathroom (bathtub and toilett), a spacious rear garden, a sitting area and a fully fitted kitchen with appliances such as microwave, toaster, washing machine, 3 fridges.

You can benefit, from superfast, unlimited WIFI broadband with community Fibre subscription.

The house is in a quite zone of Leytonstone, though it is 2 minutes walking distance from Leytonstone tube station (central line). With the central line you can reach central London in 15 minutes, Stratford center in 5 minutes where you have access to jubilee line and DRL.
Leisure Center, Tescos, pubs, Mc Donald's, GP Surgery and the center are all in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
If you like outdoor activities you can reach epping forest ( lakes and playing fields, forest) with the buses in few minutes.
With the car you can reach M11 in 2 minutes and M25 in 10 minutes.

The house is non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden.
