We’re looking for a new male tenant to take over a double room that’s available immediately in an all-male household.

Desk and good quality chair will be arranged.

We do not drink/smoke or party at home. We’re very respectful of each other and get along as friends.

The local amenities are a few minutes walk away and there are lots of food and grocery options locally.

Bus stop heading towards Stratford is 2 mins walk away and Leytonstone station is around 10 mins walk away.

Room is a very comfortable size and is spacious and has a built-in wardrobe.

Minimum 6 months contract.

Bills are approximately £60-70pm. No council tax!
