I have two double bedrooms available in my lovely house on Cann Hall Road, E11.
I myself don't live in London full time at the moment but may occasionally stay in the 3rd bedroom.
The house is a 10 min walk from Maryland (Elizabeth line), 15 min walk from Leyton (Central line), and a 20 min walk from Stratford/Stratford International.
The house is fully furnished (some adjustments possible), and there is a garden with two seating areas, space for a barbecue, and room to grow your own herbs and veg if you'd like!
I love dogs and cats so pets are welcome, and there is a catflap to the back garden.
Bedroom 1 is about 4.5m x 3.6m and has a superking size bed, and a full wall of wardrobe space. If you're working from home there's room for a desk and shelving if you wanted. Available from November 25.
Bedroom 2 is about 3.5m x 3.2m and has a kingsize bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and there's space for more wardrobes in the room and on the landing immediately outside the door. Available from November 4.
There is a double lounge, one of the rooms could potentially be an office space for someone working from home.
The kitchen/diner has a large 5-burner cooker, lots of counter space, a large fridge and a freezer, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. There's lots of open shelving, a huge wine rack, and the kitchen table extends to fit 6 people, 8 at a squeeze.
There's a full bathroom with a tub, and a separate washroom.
I'm giving the house a refresh, so there might be some DIY taking place during November.
Looking for lodgers who are good communicators, responsible, quiet, clean and tidy, and will help look after the house, plants, and garden.
Ideally looking for individual lodgers but open to couples sharing 1 room, please enquire for adjusted monthly rent.

About the area:
Conde Nast Traveller just did a lovely feature on Leyton, but the place is situated so that you benefit from walking distances to several other great neighbourhoods as well!
The house is located at the southern end of Leyton and Leytonstone, at the start of Cann Hall Road. There's lovely spots in every direction.
Head west for the bustling Olympic Park, East Village, and Hackney Wick, and the open green spaces of the Hackney Marshes.
Go north for the many great wine bars, shops and restaurants of High Road Leytonstone and Francis Road.
Walk east for wine and bread on Winchelsea Road, the huge green fields, forests and ponds of Wanstead Flats, and lovely Forest Gate, which is its own little village full of nice offerings.
To the south is Stratford, Westfield shopping centre, and Maryland station which is on the Elizabeth line and gets you to Tottenham Court Road in 20 minutes and Heathrow in 45 minutes.
For local pubs you have great options in Leytonstone Tavern, The Rookwood Village, The Holly Tree, The Wanstead Tap, The Leyton Star, Nortcote Arms, Heathcote & Star, The Leyton Engineer, The Red Lion... the list goes on!
