I have two double bedrooms available in my lovely house on Cann Hall Road, E11. I don't live full time in London so will only occasionally be staying in the 3rd bedroom.
The house is a 10 min walk from Maryland (Elizabeth line), 15 min walk from Leyton (Central line), and a 20 min walk from Stratford/Stratford International.
The house is fully furnished (some adjustments possible), there is a garden, a large kitchen diner, double lounge, 1 full bathroom and a separate cloak room. Pets will be considered, and there is a catflap to the back garden.
I'm spending October giving the house a refresh, and it will be ready for new tenants from early November. The pictures are fairly recent but I will post more and newer ones as soon as I can.
Looking for tenants who are good communicators, responsible, quiet, clean and tidy, and will ideally be willing to help look after the garden.
