Gorgeous, spacious light-filled double room and bathroom to let on the top floor of our large Edwardian house in the leafy sought-after area of Bushwood in Leytonstone. The room is the only bedroom on the top floor & is very quiet & private - with amazing views across London. Wifi is available in the room, which is also equipped with a TV. You will have sole access to the bathroom on the top floor which includes full rain shower, along with access to the eat-in kitchen & large back garden. The rent includes council tax, bills, Wifi and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The room is located on the top floor of our family home, where my husband and I live with our two children aged 13 and 15 and our super friendly cat Milo. We both work partly from home & so would prefer a lodger who is out for most of the day. I'm also often working at the weekend as i'm a florist & my husband also works away a lot.

It's a super chilled house, perfect for someone for the short term that needs to look for somewhere else more permanent or who is on a short work placement.

The room is perfectly suited to someone looking for a Mon-Fri let but we don't mind the odd weekend too.
