Large furnished double room (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk) to rent in the Upper flat of a converted Victorian terraced house.

Large shared living room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom.

I am a clean and tidy professional who works a regular shift pattern giving housemate a lot of evenings/weekends alone in the home to enjoy their own space.

I used to be a professional pastry chef and enjoy trying new all types of food from greasy spoons, street food, bakeries, fine dining and everything in between.

My current housemate has lived with me here for the past 3 years but has just purchased his own home so is sadly moving out soon (potential for flexibility to move in sooner)

Im looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to share the occasional meal, glass of wine, chat about our day, visit a local pub/coffee shop etc but who we both also respect the others need for space.

I have a wide range of interests but my main passion is Aerial Artistry, so i can often be found hanging upside down in the gym from a trapeze, silk or aerial hoop.

Non-smokers preferred or be happy to only smoke outside.

Bills included except share of gas/electricity.
