Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, chilled flatmate to share my house in Leytonstone.

I’m a musician and work on a lot of creative projects, so someone who’s also creative (or at least doesn’t mind music and studio vibes now and then) would be ideal. That said, the house isn’t a party spot – I like a relaxed, respectful home.

Local parks and green spaces

Tube stations within easy reach, so getting into central is straightforward
