Welcome to my cosy flat, shared by just two other flatmates in a peaceful and respectful environment. I’m ideally looking for a full-time professional or student who values a quiet home and convenient travel.

The flat will have only three occupants in total, including you, making it a calm and comfortable place to live.

Previous flatmates stayed long-term (6-7 years), mainly because of the quiet atmosphere - no parties, no noise, and no unnecessary visitors.

We keep things simple: pay rent on time and keep the flat clean.

Household items cost around £5–£7 every 4 - 6 weeks (shared fairly).
