I have a spacious en-suite double bedroom in my 2 bed East London flat (Wanstead - central line).

The room is a large attic room on its own floor, with an en-suite bathroom (with a bath), and a separate wardrobe room.
The flat had an open plan kitchen living room which is furnished, and the kitchen was recently renovated last year. It has a dishwasher and washing machine.
There are only 8 flats in the development, it’s on a private road and there’s also a communal private garden.
The flat is located just off Wanstead high street, and is a 5 min walk from both Wanstead and Snaresbrook station stations, located on the central line.
It’s also well connected to the Elizabeth line, overground and Victoria line via a short bus journey.

I’m 29 years old, work in finance in the city in the office 3/4 days a week. Ideally looking for another female professional, aged 28-34, who isn’t WFH full time.

Rent is £950 + bills per month.
