The room come furnished with double, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk.

The house is in a quite zone of leytonstone, though it is 5 minutes walking distance from Leytonstone and Leyton tube station (central line). With the central line you can reach central London in 15 minutes, Stratford center in 5 minutes where you have access to jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR.
Leisure Center, Tescos, Aldi, pubs, Mc Donald's, GP Surgery and the center are all in 5-10 minutes walking distance. If you like outdoor activities you can reach epping forest ( lakes and playing fields, forest) with the buses in few minutes.
You can reach M11 in 2 minutes and M25 in 10minutes.

The house is non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden.
