A Double room in a Family house - East Ham

This is Ashwin I recently graduated from my masters in Architecture and currently working on part time and looking for my career job.

I am currently living in Eastham where I have been living since I came to London ( two years.....) The room i am living is a double Bed room and the house is well maintained as the main person who is renting the property is a family. Except me all the others are families and they are really decent. only catch is no drinking no smoking no friends policy which i am fine with in my case. I am planning to move to a room in the loft as i wanted to save some money as i am invested in searching for a job. The food is really cheap and there food providing services which costs around 150 monthly or you can cook as well. Its a very silent house hold and everyone respects each other's space. the house lies just opposite to the East Ham Saravana Bhavan. Let me know if you are interested
