Large double bedroom available at the heart of E12 also known as Manor Park, the room comes furnished and in ready to live condition. Just for your information the TV is not going to be there so if you’d like a TV you would need to buy one yourself.

There is 1 bathroom which is shared between the whole house, a large garden and kitchen and dining table too. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and someone that takes care of their surroundings and isn’t messy or dirty and knows how to be clean and tidy.

There is a local shop 2 minutes away if you need any food or drinks and has multiple other shops for that too with a local post office and bus route known as 147 which goes to the major train stations and more.
