We are looking for someone friendly, easy-going, clean & tidy to live with. Room is not the largest but some storage is available in loft if needed and you get your own bathroom.. You will have shared use of the rest of the house and garden.
There is a nice park nearby and the Upton Park tube, Lidl, Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, Holland and Barrett, Gregs etc are all less than a two minute walk away.
Wi-fi, council tax (Band C) and insurance are included in rent but we split water and Power bills. House has had extra insulation added to walls and roof so that keeps costs down in the winter months.
