New Double Room, Fully Furnished, Bills inc, Gym

A female young professional looking for 1 flatmate in a new 3 bedroom flat in East London. I purchased this flat brand new and have furnished it throughout with high quality furniture (no Ikea in sight!). I am a professional and looking for some likeminded people to come and share my beautiful apartment.

The location is very convenient as only a 6 minute walk from the tube station with the District or Hammersmith and City Line. Canary Wharf is only 20 minutes door to door and City just under 30 minutes door to door.

The room available is a very good sized double room, complete with double ottoman bed, sliding wardrobe, bed side table, office desk and chair, and a 43inch smart tv on the wall. It's a great space for working from home as plenty of space, quiet and lots of light. There is also a free gym to use in the development located in the basement and 12hr conceige who collect parcels.

The living and kitchen area has a large corner sofa, 65inch tv, large 6 person dining table, 2 large fridges and full modern kitchen. I have also furnished the large outdoor balcony which is great during the summer with a table and chairs, large hanging chair and lots of plants (plenty of plants throughout the inside of the flat too).

I have cleaner to clean the property throughout every few weeks. There are curtains fitted in all the rooms inclusive of a separate volie, with blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. There is also underfloor heating throughout, so always nice and warm!

The monthly rent includes all bills (electric, water, council tax, internet) and the cleaner. A deposit of 5 weeks rent is required. I'm looking for a more long term let so 1 year and above preferably. Unfortunately no couples please.
