The house has a large kitchen, shared lounge, decent bathroom, and a nice sunny patio out the back, which will be renovated before Christmas. The home is a quick 3-minute bus ride to Plaistow, ten-minute to Stratford, Canning Town, Eastham, London City airport and few minutes walk to Newham Hospital. All bills included except for electricity/gas, average £65 /month.

Current flatmates are two females from New Zealand, Canada and a lovely cat named Nube who rules the roost, so you must get on with her. Everyone is very kind and gets on with their lives but enjoy popping to the pub for the odd pint.
