Gorgeous Double bedroom available in East London

We have a cozy, fully furnished double room available immediately in our lovely, queer-friendly 3-bed maisonette in Newham. Perfect for a professional aged between 26 and 40, our home is just a quick ten-minute bus ride to Stratford and Canning Town.

We're on the lookout for a sociable new housemate who enjoys a nice chat and perhaps a glass of wine in the garden. While we’re not party animals, we do appreciate a friendly, respectful atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. Smoking is allowed in the garden, but we have a strict no-drugs policy.

Our house is kept sparkling clean with the help of a professional cleaner who visits twice a month. We're looking for someone responsible, clean, and tidy to join us.

The room, located on the second floor, is fully furnished, and the house comes equipped with everything you need: a renovated kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, etc. There’s central heating in every room to keep you cozy.

Location-wise, we’re just a 15-minute bus ride from Stratford, with its abundance of shops (including Westfield), Olympic Park, PureGyms, restaurants, and more. Plus, we're a 10-minute walk from Upton Park for Lidl and other local shops. The area is well connected by bus and tube (Stratford, Canning Town, Plaistow stations).

A bit about us: Ana works in the hospitality and wine industry, and William is a teacher. We love making our house a home and often enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea together after work.

All bills are included, and our landlord, Youss, is super friendly, just like the rest of us!
