Lovely Double Ensuite Room Plaistow

We have a double room with ensuite available in our lovely house in Plaistow! We are looking for someone to rent the room from 5 April 2026, or a couple of days after that.

The room is part of a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious house situated in a quiet and leafy street in Plaistow. The house has a cute garden, a large shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a downstairs toilet.

The bedroom is spacious and has lots of natural light. It has an ensuite directly connected to the room, with a sink, shower and toilet. There's enough space for a big desk which is great for working from home. The current tenant can leave her desk and office chair if you'd find them useful.

The house is a 10 min walk from Plaistow Station and roughly 20 mins from Stratford by bus from the end of the road. West Ham Park is only a five-minute walk away and has great running and walking routes, tennis courts and lots of green space.

We’re a friendly household with an average age of around 30. Two of us work from home several days a week, and one of us works from the office every day. We all have full-time jobs and keep things quiet. We sometimes go the local gym together or play tennis on Saturdays, and we occasionally enjoy a meal out as a house. While we’re friendly and get along well, we each have our own routines and social lives, and we’re considerate of each other’s space and downtime.

We are looking for someone friendly, considerate and clean who will be conscientious and respectful of others and pitch in keeping the house a great place to live.

The monthly rent, to be paid to the landlord, comes down to £1,050 which includes all bills. In addition, we have a fortnightly cleaner for the common areas which is currently £22.32 per month, per tenant.
