- Well linked to central London, Canary Wharf & Stratford.
- Well connected (see above), yet also quiet and peaceful residential area (great for night sleep & tranquility!)
- Only 2 people and you for the full house, so 3 people in total for 3 bedrooms - not overcrowded.
- CLEAN & TIDY house. We have a cleaning rota, and everywhere is Clean to a good standard and reasonably tidy.
IMPORTANT: If you don't clean after yourself, or often forget it's your turn to clean on the rota and need constant reminding etc... you'll be expected to contribute extra for a cleaner. Having a clean house is VERY, VERY important for us.
- LIVING ROOM with 55" LG TV & just redecorated.
- KITCHEN with luminous sun roof, new cooker, new fridge, new hood. You also get plenty of food storage (2+ fridge shelves, 2 full size cupboards, freezer space)
- Washing machine with Washing Line outside (good for big things like bedsheets etc) and clothes airer for indoors.
- BATHROOM. Newly refurbished. Shower has two water outlets, from the top and the typical hose. Relaxing showers.
- GARDEN with garden table and chairs to sit out when the weather is good.
- Everything recently refurbished.
- Smoking in the garden is OK, not indoors though.

It's Isma living here so you'll be sharing with just one more person. I like running, gym, cooking, going out, but I work a lot and have some busy hobbies as well - I’ll often be doing my own thing. We keep the house clean and tidy, and the house is generally quiet as we're most of the time working!
