Rooms are fully furnished and located in the same house.

The house features 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and a very large garden.

While we have a preference for a female tenant, we are open to considering a male tenant as well.

We view ourselves as a close-knit family and are seeking a tidy, clean, easygoing, friendly, and respectful individual to join us.

The house accommodates four people in total, with two single rooms and two double rooms.

The average age of the current residents is 28, and we are looking to welcome someone aged between 18 and 36.

Please note that smoking inside the house is not allowed.

Location-wise, the house is conveniently situated 30 meters from the nearest bus stop, where buses run every 2-3 minutes during the day.

Nearby stations include:

#Plaistow Station (District and Hammersmith lines) – 5 minutes by bus.
#Custom House (Elizabeth Line and DLR) – 5 minutes by bus.
#Stratford Station (Central line, Jubilee line, Overground, DLR, and trains) – 15/20 minutes by bus.
