Our current flatmate is moving back to France and so I am on the search to find a compatible person who fits in with the vibe of our home.
A little about us:
We are a mix of professionals with backgrounds in events management, theatre production, and music composition. We get along well as friends and spend some evening watching a movie, playing a board game, having a drink or being completely antisocial alone in our rooms - all is totally acceptable!
*I'm fostering a cat, Magnus, so please bear this in mind 😁
Who we would like:
Someone who will fit in with our current lifestyles and a person we can have a some form of connection with.
Open minded souls who care for one another making life in this wild city a little kinder.
LGBTQIA+ friendly, social but also has their own thing going on, considerate, with a sense of humour and MUST BE CLEAN AND TIDY!
The House:
There is no maximum stay, but as it takes time to properly discover everyone’s compatibility with each other, and it’s vital that everyone gets along at home, we can revisit lengths of stay after 3 months.
It’s a fully furnished 4-bedroom house with 1 additional spare room being utilised as a multipurpose workout space - yoga mats, weights, bench, and boxing gloves & pads, all included. Also 3 guitars & a keyboard and 20 board games, all waiting to be played. We have a basement which is really useful for extra storage, and a back yard where we have barbecues, and cocktails in the sun!
The rooms on offer is a double room, with most bills included ; council tax, super fast internet up to 900 mbps, gas and electricity. Water bill is paid every 6 months at around £70 per person.
We're about an 8 minute walk from Upton Park tube station with a Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Boots, Superdrug, and many more shops or a 12-minute bus ride to Stratford which has Westfield and more.
A holding deposit is required, and rent is paid on the 1st.
A minimum 1-month notice is needed should you decide to move out anytime.
