It's a spacious house so it's up to you if you want to socialise or have quiet times. All rooms are for single occupancy only.

The house is family owned and managed and always endeavour to make your tenancy pleasurable. We are looking for house mate that wants to make our house their home. Some of our housemates have been with us for for long periods with one over 3 years and another over 18 months.

There is a large kitchen with sofas and a t. v. You'll have your own kitchen cupboards and the fridge / freezer are shared.

Separate dining and recreation room.

The house is maintained to a high standard is immaculately clean and shared areas cleaned monthly

Viewings usually in the evening or weekends because we try to arrange viewings when some of the house mates are home.
