Room 2 for £800 shares 2 bathrooms with 3 housemates
So there's never a bathroom queue and with an industrial style hot water system there is always a hot shower.

It's a spacious house so it's up to you if you want to socialise or have quiet times. All rooms available are for single occupancy only.

The house is family owned and managed and always endeavour to make your tenancy pleasurable. We are looking for house mates that wants to make our house their home. Some of our housemates have been with us for for long periods one over 4 years and another over 2 years.

There is a large kitchen with sofas and a t. v. You'll have your own kitchen cupboards and the fridge / freezers are shared.

Separate dining and recreation room.

The house is maintained to a high standard is immaculately clean and shared areas cleaned monthly

Viewings usually in the evening or weekends because we try to arrange viewings when some of the house mates are home.
