Beautiful new build townhouse with balcony & roof

Hi. My son (15 - the drop down box in the ad wouldn't allow me to enter younger than 18 years sorry - is house trained!) and I live in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Plaistow. It's 3 min walk from Plaistow station (district and hammersmith and city lines), 10 min bus ride to Stratford (central line, jubilee line, DLR, overground, Elizabeth line, Stratford International), Westfield and the Olympic Park. Canary Wharf is 5 stops away.
Cleaning of the house is paid for. Room has own bathroom (toilet, bath and shower) on the same floor as the bedroom, which has a private outdoor, decked balcony.
I am a professional, very independent and sociable. I would ultimately like our flatmate to feel at home and part of our house and local community (which is great!).
Monday to Friday preferred but would consider Monday to Sunday, however, this would be £900 per month. Happy for you to come and view the house and meet my son and I.
